Answer to your most general common questions.

How do you start an engagement?

We begin with a discovery consultation to analyze your current business structure, past tax returns, and bookkeeping system pain points. From there, we map out a clean onboarding schedule to take over your books seamlessly without disrupting daily operations.

Absolutely. If your books are months or even years behind, don’t worry. We specialize in historical forensic catch-up bookkeeping. We will untangle your previous transactions, reconcile old accounts, and bring your ledgers up to absolute compliance before starting regular monthly tracking

At a minimum, your accurate financial packets (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement) are delivered monthly by the 15th. Depending on your chosen tier, we schedule regular quarterly or monthly live advisory strategy sessions to review performance trends and planning options.

Yes, our baseline tiers serve as typical ranges, but every client setup is custom-quoted to your exact transaction volume, bank account counts, software integrations, and operational footprint. You only ever pay for the precise level of service your business requires.

Traditional CPAs are often reactive—you only hear from them once a year during tax season to look at what already happened. We function as your proactive, year-round growth partner, keeping your data real-time, catching compliance errors early, and engineering strategic deductions before deadlines close.
